The woofer material looks a bit different than the rest of the debut series. is the tweeter the same one as the one in debut 2.0 b6.2 and b5.2 ?

Yes it is the same tweeter. Bif you fill in the bottom end with a sub you won't notice a difference between the 3 speakers
