Had been looking for an inexpensive set of in-ear headphones for my iPad and iPhone to use both for music playback, watching videos, taking phone calls and for Facetime calls. I ordered these and they arrived on-time. Inside the packaging was the wired headphones, two sets of alternative size earbud (as well as what was already on the headphones) and a small fabric pouch to keep them in.Sticking with the earbuds already attached, I tried them out initially for music. It was easy to get a good seal when inserting them into the ears. The sound from them was perfectly good for the price paid and I found them comfortable to wear for at least an hour. There is no active noise cancellation, but the good fit helped to keep background noise to a minimal level.I tried the various functions on the in-line controller and they all seemed to work as expected. I've also used the headphones for watching video content (BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube etc.) and, once again, found the sound produced to be very decent.Finally, I've used them for phone calls from my iPhone. People I've called have said that they can hear me very clearly when I'm using the headphone's built in microphone. I can also hear the caller clearly - even in quite noisy street environments.So, for the price paid, I would be happy to recommend these as a decent set of budget headphones.

Bought these to have as a spare. Audio quality is fairly poor but expected for the price

Stoped working after three months. Stater to make a very harsh and loud cracking sound in my ear and the other person on the phone could not hear a word I was staying. I have noticed that the volume button did not work when on the call, often had to ask the person on the call to speak a little quieter as I couldn’t adjust the sound and it was hurting my ears as it was too loud.

Arrived punctual with next day delivery. Needs active Bluetooth to start, however no pairing necessary. Comes with useful small, soft material case, plus 3 pairs of silicon plugs different size (small/medium/large). Magnetic heads/tangle free cable to keep it tidy when not using. Good product overall, but can’t manage to use the function “next” and “previous” track when listening to music, would give 5 stars otherwise.

New earphones for my daughter. She has used the smallest set of silicone buds but it was great to have different size options in the box. We like that it comes with a pouch to keep the earphones in when not in use; prevents the wire from getting tangled in her bag. Sound quality is good and the control panel is useful. Quick delivery. Overall happy with the purchase.

had an issue with the first pair. After leaving a review I was contacted by the customer service team who offered to ship a new product free of charge. On receiving this pair, there have been no issues and I was impressed with the customer service offered.

I paid for a pair of earphones from the Apple Store but can only wear them for short periods. The rigid plastic is too uncomfortable. These are a much better option for me

Being a clumsy, forgetful person, I don’t make it a habit to invest in expensive earphones. These are very reasonably priced and are still working since purchasing them in October.
