I had changed to another calcium and my doctor decided to test my level of calcium, needless to say it went down. Changed back to this calcium and it went back. If you are lacking in calcium, I would highly recommend Naturelo 600mg.

Nice amount of calcium and it is a capsule so easier to swallowAnd has vitamin D

Doesn't give me any digestion problems. Seems to be working toward improving my osteoporosis. Will keep on taking. I like that the label tells you the source of the supplements.

This is a great product. My hands and shoulder had pain, due to a touch of osteoporosis . And after taking this, I can feel a difference. It’s repairing the calcium I need in those areas of my bones. I will continue to buy and use this product.

The first time, about 10 minutes after taking this vitamin, I could taste something like shrimp shells in my throat, and I didn't want to use it anymore.

Bought this for my aunt who is in late 60s. She found it effective and feel stronger when she walk or climb stairs. She will continue to consume this
