This stuff is super easy to work with! Bought this cheaper option compared to audio brands and got the same quality for less! Stripping the jacket was super easy and bending the wire around my boat hull was effortless. Just needed something cheap to get the job done and this was it! I will say, always get longer wire than you expect to use. I almost ran out and had to cut corners with it!

Great, Flexible, and very good cable. I used this cable to run power to a distribution panel and secondary battery switching solenoid and it worked great. Very easy to use and crimps hold tight on the jacket and the wire. The 4 gauge wire is large enough to handle plenty of 12 volt power for most amps and other large amp pull systems. Material is copper and should be compatible with any device requiring a 4 gauge wire.

Well made stranded cable with a very flexible jacket that didn't turn to jelly when I soldered the connector on. I like this stuff!

Great quality

Not bad. Good for what I'm using it for to set up a secondary accessory fuse panel in the trunk of my 57 Chevy with trunk mounted battery. Mostly to power low draw stuff like remote Bluetooth stereo, self contained amp/10" subwoofers, GPS tracker, exhaust cutouts, etc. I wouldn't use this to run heavy amp draw for a long length of cable just due to the copper tinned aluminum and not solid copper wires. The silicone? insulation is very easy to cut so be careful running it around anything with an even remotely sharp edge. Run wire loom or braided insulation around it if running near any metal with an edge. Don't feel like the insulation would even hold up to long term vibration against metal surfaces either as it would probably wear through eventually. Just way too soft but the trade off is that it's very flexible to route. Runs 12 volts like I need for my setup fine and all electronics I connected through a 150 amp solenoid/relay to auxiliary fuse panel.

I’m very happy with this GEARit 4-gauge wire. The outer rubber jacket is thick and durable, so it doesn’t feel cheap or easy to damage. Even though the insulation is heavy-duty, the wire is still flexible enough to route through tight spots when doing installs. It works great for automotive power or ground wiring and feels like good quality for the price. Overall, it’s a solid cable that should hold up well in car audio or other electrical projects.

This is incredible wire. The flexibility of the cable (which is almost 1/4in thick) lets you form it effortlessly to less than a 3/4in diameter. So on 'routing efficiency vs capacity' it gets a 10/10. When you trim some back, all you can see is bright copper that is not easily scratched off. When you look at the end, you can see the aluminum core. These are dis-similar metals and have caused me many problems (mating aluminum wire with copper) over the years but the problem has and always will be the air between them. (Yes air) Aluminum is a great conductor, during wartimes when copper was hard to get it was 2nd choice. With this tight bond between two of the best conductors, GEARiT has created some outstanding wire that they can manufacture at a great price. Unless you can afford pure copper, this is the best you can get.
