MY DELICATE SYSTEM
I have taken 2 bottles before reviewing. And yes I have tried others. I wanted a prebiotic/probiotic that had at least 30 strains. My system is so fragile that I have to take only half. Yes, I open the capsule and put half in my prescription med. So I take half of my rx filled with half of my probiotic in one capsule. I finally found a way that my rx does not upset my stomach. I feel so much better. Generally, I take only the halved dose of both in one capsule in the am, however it gives me the option to bump it up, as needed at lunch. They are a fantastic value, easy to swallow, and eliminated bloating /gas. This is a slow process. Quit trying to bomb your system and expect instant gratification. Be kind to yourself!!

So far so good!
I've taken a probiotic before(not from this company) that gave me SIBO/IBS like diarrhea for MONTHS and it was actual hell. I was very nervous to try probiotics again but I looked into every strain in this product and nothing seems out of place (unlike the previous probiotic product, which, after becoming sick from it, I discovered it contained a controversial bacterium that can cause antibiotic resistant infection in some people! Be careful people!! These products aren't regulated!!) I have no issues with this and do wonder if it is enhancing my mood. Will update when I finish the bottle.

Doesn’t say vegan
Since there’s no indication on the label that the product is vegan I am suspect that the probiotic blend may not be. The only thing they say is plant-based is the enzyme-blend. Otherwise, why would they not put vegan label on the bottle and stated in the description? Note to company. If it is vegan, please put a note on the description and update your product packaging. So many things in this world are based on deceptions, we have to be vigilant to get to the truth. Meanwhile I’ll have to look elsewhere …
