The capsules are easy to swallow and they don't leave the nasty fish taste in your mouth after. Usually when I am taking big fish oil supplements it is hard to get them down and they cause my breath to be fishy after, I have not experienced that problem with these. I love taking fish oil supplements because it has really helped with my joints after working out. Someone recommended I try them after complaining of knee pain and they helped control the pain and I am able to lift weights like normal again.

i love this omega.. i was a devout advocare customer for my omegas until now - the content is more/better and they aren't monster horse pills i choke on trying to swallow them. I would defintely buy it again.

Felt like regular vitamins stacks except you only take two pills instaed of 5-6. Liked it overall.

This is a great supplement, only drawback is the very fishy taste. Otherwise good supplement.

Yay no fishy smell or aftertaste. I've been inconsistent in the past taking my fish oil supplements because of the size/taste. Definitely a winner.
