Excellent phone for my nan who is 92 and has dementia, the keys are big for her to see, the quick buttons to direct number helps a lot along with the photo options. The volume quality is really good, and the ring tones clear. I would recommend this phone to use for the elderly. Setting up the phone is easy and has very clear instructions, so family members shouldn’t have issues setting this phone up.

Excellent phone. Large keys, loud ringtones, and super clear sound. The call block and answering machine are very handy. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of one.

Generally this phone is very good. It was purchasdd for use by a person who has limited sight and hearing.The main handset is easy to use, we did add some small stick on blobs too the main memory button used to make it easier as the photos on these buttons are too small.The second wire free handset is less usefull as it has smaller buttons. This does make it harder to use than the base station, so much so, that it is only any good to answer calls.

Arrived on time I would say it was quite hard to set up for an elderly person. The instructions were very in detail but a video of how to set it up would’ve been so much easier and what each button says as the instruction book was Pages and Pages and Pages and still a little bit tricky on some of the buttonsThe quality was amazing, but the ease of the set up was still very tricky for an elderly person like I said a video on how to set it up step-by-step would be so much easier to follow

I purchased this phone for my mother who suffers from dementia. The description makes the phone sound perfect for the elderly or people experiencing memory loss . This is certainly not my experience.Firstly the phone is quite difficult to set up. The buttons are not responsive and need to be pressed a few times to scroll through the menu. The instructions are written in very small writing so you may need a magnifying glass or very strong glasses to follow them.Once set up and plugged in the phone base unit made a low level humming noise constantly. My mum didn’t seem to notice it but it drove me mad.The numbering on the buttons is very large and clear, however, the buttons feel very cheap and don’t seem to respond to every touch. They are also very slow to register which confused my mum even more.In conclusion, my mum found this product very confusing and therefore we had to return it.

This phone is fantastic it’s easy to use, very simple set up the loudspeaker is nice and loud. When it rings there’s an orange glow on the top let you know it’s ringing. Up until now I’ve been using BT calling phones, supposedly for seniors but they have always been a letdown. This phone is great, great features too. Love love love👍🏾😀😀

The phone is loud and has a flashing red light so easy for my mother to hear and see when she receives calls .It did take me awhile to set it up with her contact list but once I did that she has had no problems getting use to it , the calls name is well lite up . Pleased we got this and the mobile one for her to use in the other rooms . Answer phone is clear and a good buy all round .

Nice big buttons and a volume control. Mum loves these phones.
