Q: What am I doing wrong?!?! I cannot get this thing to make more than 4 turns around my body, which I think is just the force of my initial throw.

Listen once you get it started you have to Do like a rocking motion. I had to do it a little different because I’m “bigger” so it doesn’t fit on my hips it fits up more but I promise it’s a full workout doing it that way works your legs and all!!!

Q: How long can the fitness hoop be adjusted for waist ?

The weighted smart hoop for exercise can be adjusted to 16 ( suit for 31 inch / 79cm) to 24 ( 54 inch / 138cm) sections according to the waist which fits all sizes. Suitable for fitness room, outdoor, home, office and anywhere you want.

Q: Did anyone actually loose weight of this ?

Bc of the weight, you’re sort of forced to engage most muscles — you have to hold your arms up (or you hit your own arms with the weight), as well as engaging your core, hips, legs, ankles and feet. It would sort of be insane if you didn’t lose weight from using it regularly. Put music on, get into the vibe of it and you’ll feel a full body work out. Note: it’s $20. I’ve lost more weight with it now, dancing around along in my bedroom than in the full time I paid for a gym membership that I never used.

Q: Can you take more pieces off to make it smaller than 16 pieces (32") if needed?

This actually comes with two pieces not attached. So, it is very easy to add, or take off pieces as needed.
