If you're looking for a thick air mattress that's not what this is. This is small and compact designs for backpacking or situation where you do not have room for a conventional air mattress. I took it on a backpacking trip, it was lightweight and comfortable enough on the moderately Rocky ground I had to use it on. I would recommend this for anyone who wants something more than a phone pad and needs a little more comfort

I was going tent camping and didn't want to take my queen sized air mattress; based on the reviews, I thought this might be a good alternative. The product arrived promptly, it's definitely small and easy to pack. The self-inflating feature is interesting, although it took small additional air to get it fully inflated (maybe 15-20 puffs of breath). It's narrow, and didn't provide a lot of comfort - but definitely better than sleeping directly on the ground! The second night, I opted to sleep in my reclining camp chair. Using this little pad in the chair, I slept wonderfully - far, far more comfortable than it had been on the ground. When I broke camp, it seemed like it was more difficult than it should have been to deflate the pad. I never got it back in the carrying bag fully - just ended up rolling it up and sticking as much of the roll as would fit into the bag. Thank goodness I wasn't backpacking, I could just throw it all in the back of my truck and go :-) I want say it's a bad purchase, and I won't be buying another.

I've gone camping quite a few times now both with air mattresses and without. A trip I had planned left me looking for a new air mattress. I've always hated dealing with full size air mattresses and so I was looking for something else this time around. I bought this product and couldn't have been happier. I felt more than comfortable sleeping on the ground and was pleasantly surprised with how compact it was when folded up. The only reason I gave a 4/5 star rating was because I could seem to get it to completely self inflate (maybe it doesn't I'm not sure). However, even filling it by mouth only took less than a minute. Overall extremely satisfied!

Used once. And I dont mean over a weekend. Once. My son had to keep inflating it throughout the night. He finally gave up, left the tent, and decided to sleep in the hammock.

I'm so happy I've got this sleeping pad before my camping to New Jersey. There was a shower in the evening and the grass was wet at night. Thanks to the sleeping pad I still had a good sleep that day. The material of this pad makes me feel comfortable when sleeping, It weighs about 2 lbs which is easy to carry in the bag. I think the price is also acceptable.

Excellent! Really liked this inflating sleeping pad on my tent camping trip.

Following the 4th usage (put c. 10 puffs of breath) the glue gave in and all the air concentred at the bottom part. Making the sleep extremely uncomfortable.
