I wanted to love this bag, but the handle to pull it gets stuck
Update: the manufacturer sent me a new one. This one does not have an issue and I’ve used it for a few days. I love the compartments and space that this bag offers. I’d recommend it knowing the customer service is great. I wanted to love this bag, but the handle to pull it gets stuck on the way up. I just got the bag today and as seen in the video, you have to fight with the handle in order for it to lengthen all the way. I bought it as I have a back injury and need to roll my items to work rather than carry them, however if I can’t get the handle out all the way, I have to hunch over to pull it, which isn’t helping my back. Sadly I won’t be able to use this

Strong, versatile & fits a 17" laptop.
Really good bag & well worth the money. Plenty of room for 17" laptop and accessories as well as an overnight change of clothes. Multiple pockets. Handle is just long enough for easy walking in the airport. Highly recommend!

SO many pockets and space to put your things
So light, quiet to drag behind me, even fully loaded. It fits my JP folders, my stamps, my laptop and cords, my padfolio, coffee cup down the side, all my stationery at the front, my folders in the next one over. It was like a tardis of pockets everywhere. ALL my stuff is in there and I've still got so much room left. I was originally bidding on one on ebay that was triple this price and for some reason this came up in my searches. Thankfully at $160 I was bid off the other bag and decided to buy this one. I honestly could not be happier. I would absolutely recommend, already have, and would even consider getting it as a gift for another fellow JP... awesome.
