Rainbow Hand Kite Ribbon Runner Party Favor

I bought one for my niece a few years ago and would run the ribbons over her arms and legs. She would literally be tickled to sleep. I recently had a baby, she is 7 weeks, who also loves to be tickled with the ribbons and, as she likely just beginning to see colors, also loves to watch the ribbons move. It's a simple -and efficient- toy -since it will also be a hand kite when they're older. No annoying flashes and sounds. Back to the basics!

My 2 1/2 -yr-old grandson carried this around all evening playing with it. I'm very happy with this purchase. I bought 3 of these. I know they would be very easy to make but since they are so affordable I just bought them. Would highly recommend. Well-made.

My kid liked this for his Christmas present, but the wood ring broke two days after he got it. We epoxied the break, and it broke in a different place two days later. Fun toy, but not at all durable.
