Thanks for writing. Our block will work for either the head or the foot section... If the block runs backwards (goes out when it should be going in, etc.) when you install it, then just reverse the wires on the motor, and it will work fine.

Yes but why replace it when the only problem is most likely the bearing itself. You can replace bearing with a small puller. The bearing # is 6200Z. What is on there now is 6200 (unshielded). Z is shielded. Will last longer.
