An essential 'must have' while perusing auctions, and the last edition ( 9th) incorporates the best of all prior editions while correcting a lot of prior misconceptions. The used copy I acquired from an Amazon reseller was in better condition than described , better priced than other online available resources. and shipping was lightening fast.

Yes, it's out of date so the prices are wrong.However, his coverage of other topics is still timely and outstanding.
