Not so bad
The book was amazing but when it arrived it was a bit torn on the side ; also keep in mind that the title does come off so I recommend to put some clear nail polish on it to protect it other than that it was in good condition

This is how you end a series!
I want to start of saying that I loved the first 3 books in this series so my expectations were high. And after reading a heartbreaking romance I wanted something spicy and this is just that. I was a little concerned about halfway in without much spice but we got there eventually. And the storytelling is really good, I couldn’t put it down! Stella is such a relatable character. Slightly introverted, avoids conflict at any price and just a really nice person. Throughout the book she really grows more comfortable in her skin and that’s so inspiring to see. And then we have Christian the morally gray alpha hero, need I say more. Beware of triggers warnings before reading this one, there are a bunch. I love the girls but come on, the dynamics between their partners. I would be down for an entire book about a guys trip, that would be wild I mean just imagine all the possibilities.

Great Read!
Book Review ⭐️ Twisted Lies (May contain spoilers) When I started reading this book I instantly felt a connection with Stella through her overthinking and anxiety issues. Christian is introduced as a very cold and distant character, as he has been in his small appearances throughout the series. Stella is working hard to establish herself as an influencer that will entice enough brand deals to help her support a mother-figure living in a care facility. One way she is told she could gain more followers is having a boyfriend, although Stella has no interest in a relationship, so Christian suggests a fake relationship between may work. While this is all going on, Stella also discovers an old stalker is back in town, and he always seems to be lurking around. One thing leads to another, eventually Stella is living with Christian, and things start to heat up between them, as much as she tries to resist the dark, dangerous man that is keeping her safe. Christian desires Stella, but tries to stay away, scared his darkness with taint her light, but eventually they give into each other 🔥 There are some familiar faces from the other Twisted books, and the epilogue + extra scenes online round off the whole series quite nicely. It’s definitely a slow burn romance, with a strong “Touch her and die” arc from Christian. Some very spicy scenes that could be a little triggering 🥵🌶️🌶️🌶️

Five freaking stars!!
Characters: 5/5 Setting: 5/5 Writing: 4.5/5 Steam: 2.5/5 Plot: 5/5 Overall: 5/5 Favorite non-spoilery quote: “Once upon a time, I hadn’t believed in love. Now, I realize that love was the last piece that’d been missing in the puzzle of my life. With it, I was finally whole.” The Twisted series is over 😭 *cue violent sobbing* Twisted Lies was an incredible ending to this series. The end of a favorite series is always bittersweet, but Miss Ana gave us the best ending possible. Fake dating is one of my absolute favorite tropes, so I already knew I was going to be obsessed with Stella and Christian. But I was not prepared for how much I ADORE THEM. I love a man who is completely whipped, and Christian is BY FAR the most whipped of all the Twisted Men. The romance in this book was top tier. The slowburn was the perfect speed: slow enough to get the yearning we love, but not so slow it became annoying. The perfect middle. Because of the slowburn, this book has the least amount of smut in the series, but the few scenes we did get were FLAWLESS. Ana Huang is a master at making sure her characters have personalities and lives that do not revolve around the romance. Stella’s journey through the fashion industry was so fun to read. I absolutely adore her character. As an introverted character with anxiety, she reminded me of me. I have officially added another book boyfriend to the group titled “Men I Call Daddy.” Christian is so freaking hot. I definitely shouldn’t have found his cyber sabotage as attractive as I did. My competence kink kicked in, I guess. I’m so sad this series is over, but it couldn’t have ended in a better way. But Ana’s got a 7-book series in the works, so I’ll be ok.H
