I will buy this until the day I die. I consider it a HOLY GRAIL medical lifesaving product for women with UTI or bladder issues. I have had recurrent UTI's since childhood and have suffered tremendously well into my 40's. The powder works almost instantaneously to deliver relief and has never failed me. I have taken it for the last 6 years and will never ever, ever, ever be using another D-Mannose product again. As soon as I feel the dreaded burn, stinging, tight belly, swollen pelvis etc...I take a dose and I follow the directions and take all 4 doses per day and I have never gotten another UTI since. The synergy of D-Mannose plus the herbal supports in this formula are superstars. If you feel irritated at all, try this you wont be sorry. Keeps in refrigerator for awhile. You’re clearing away bacteria, that are irritating. Then add some femdophilus, by Jarrow. One scoop of vibrance, 1 capsule femdophilus. They are a great combination for vaginal and urinary tract health. Especially if you swim in a pool, river, or chlorine hot tub.

This stuff has been a game changer! I’ve experienced frequent UTIs for almost 3years and miserable. So many urologist appointments and no answers other than biofilm, and I’m just one of the lucky ppl who suffer from them, my doc only gave me low dose antibiotics and they didn’t do Nothing for an active uti and I had to make an appt to come in for testing when I was experiencing symptoms. This works for me, antiboitics don't. I've had a UTI for many years now, have used every antibiotic there is to no avail. The side effects of meds are varied and uncomfortable, but there are none with this. I'm pretty much a-symptomatic, no itching or burning, but every time I'm tested, I've always got the bacteria. I use one dose daily as a preventative, and when I miss a day or two, I sometimes get cloudy or smelly pee, so I do the full course (4x per day) which clears it right up. That's the only symptom I get, sporadically, and this always works. I've recommended it to friends who also say it works for them.

Apart from antibiotics, this is the most effective treatment I've found over the past several years. I find the size of the pills difficult to swallow, but since they are so effective, I cut them in half to get them down. The powder form is much easier to use. I never travel without a bottle, and I always have an extra bottle of capsules or powder on hand at home. I do believe this helps to relieve symptoms of UTI, however for me it did not fully clear the issue. I was only able to take 3 scoops per day, because of the constipation it triggered. The herbs in this blend slow down motility of the gut and are diuretic in nature. I tried to hydrate as much as possible but still could not take the 4th recommended dose.

Vibrance regularly to ensure I don’t land back in the ER. Quality- When the box arrived it was a bit broken though the stick packs were not affected. It was cheaper to buy this from Amazon than in person where I live.

This is a great help for UTI symptoms it works like magic! Large intake per day but very effective.
