Works as they should !!

Very nice. Bought these for one size only to make Pecan Tarts but might make mini pecan pies in a muffin pan. Better than forming them by hand for sure. So what I do is roll out the dough to a little over 1/8 thick and use a glass to cut a circle out. I then press that disk into the tart tray with a final press with the smallest tool from this set, excellent consistent result.

My coworker recommended these, and now I recommend them to everyone else I work with. This has made pressing cheesecake crust a million times easier, faster, and consistent. I have no idea how I used to live before I purchased these. The variety of sizes is great, too, if you're trying to press in smaller molds. It has been a lifesaver, and the price is 10/10.

Bought these for a friend. We used them for our holiday backing. They're well made and dont stick to the dough.

They made the job easier . Making tarts have been a pain for me. I put dough ball in pan push with tart tamper. Then rotate the tamper by rolling it around .

It works great, however the edges pierce the dough easily so I’m going to round the edges.

I use these wooden tampers for small fruit tart crusts, and there is a size that fits their small size. I will also use these for large tarts and Graham-cracker cheesecake crusts in the future to get the dough into the corners without making it too thick in spots. They are also great to pat in oatmeal bar dough and lemon square shortbread base into round or square pans. Versatile and strong. I recommend these.
