Really works for relaxation and sleep.
Works good no fogginess in the morning. However, wouldn't recommend using continually, nightly. Only as needed.

I want to like these. Thus far I do think they do help my body muscles relax since having a neck/shoulder pain. The smell upon opening this bottle stinkyyy but I hold my breath and just swallow. They come in one of those plastic capsule. Overall I think it’s working for me. It does say to take twice a day. I take one before leaving and one before bed.
