No more leg cramps!
I started using these by recommendation of a fellow cyclist. I sweat a lot, so I was cramping on every ride in the east coast summer heat and humidity. Since I started taking the Saltsticks I haven’t cramped once or even felt like a cramp was coming. I take 2 caps 30 minutes before a ride long and 1 every 20-25 miles, 2 on really hot days. Really works for me and helps me ride longer and faster due to lack of cramps.

I run ultras and cycle regularly. These salt tabs are more potent than the other brands so you take them less often. The added caffeine helps as well. great product

They’ve made such a difference for me!
These have made such a difference for me since I started using them this year! I run trails & it’s been a very hot, humid year but that hasn’t been such an issue since I have these.
