I am writing this review almost after a year of regular use. I bought it as my second oven for use. Great performance. I am quite happy with the purchase. Does what it says. Reaches temperature and the thermostat works. Easy to use. Hassle free cleaning. Bakes breads, cakes, puff pastries, cookies, vegetables and other dishes to perfection. No grill to gratinate but we knew that when buying. Need mittens to handle, like any other oven. Accessories sold along with the oven may be just sufficient to start off baking, but you will need to add as you go. I was just tired of other high end brands that sell counter top models but doesn’t reach temperature and the sub standard service that isn’t able to fix the thermostat issue. Knocking off one star for all that we miss from regular ovens - look, oven doors, fan, etc. to be fair. But I am not complaining at all!

Purchased: Feb'24 Delivered: 26 Feb'24 Stopped Working: 14 Mar'24 After the existing round oven at home stopped working, I ordered this one. Made a cake for a family member's birthday and another one a few days later. On the third attempt turned the oven on and set it to warm up a little. Post about 7-8 mins, there was a spark and cracking sound and the oven turned off. Did not turn on again. Checked my other equipment, with neighbours, for any voltage fluctuation. Turns out there was none. The house also has MCB and a power backup with its own power surge protector. Nothing there either. Turns out that the internal wiring was faulty and it led to a short circuit. Pretty disappointed with the device as it sounded like it was not appropriately tested. The construction of the material looks good, there is a manual and also some recipes which are included. But the product is not durable and I possibly need to get it fixed it from a local electrical shop as it would cost a bomb to ship it to the OEM for warranty coverage.

Not good as promised

My mother had purchased the 12 inch variant 40 years ago. After few repairs and 40 years of use we decided to renew it and bought the 15 inch model. Have used it for one roast so far and something strange happened: chicken was done but the veggies in roasting tray were not. Hard to understand how heat is coming, will need to play around little more
