The quality of this frying pan seems to be pretty good! Nothing sticks to it, and it's easy to clean.

I already had a very small GreenPan frying pan but needed something larger that was of the same quality and with a ceramic coating. This is perfect. I choose to hand wash it. It washes up so easily.I purchased a separate lid that gives me all the versatility of my larger fry pan but makes it easier for cooking smaller portions.Highly recommend.

Perfection. This pan is quite the product -- beautiful to look at, perfect balance, it heats evenly across the suface and that surface is truly non-stick. When I burned cheese, it just slide right off. And the price is very reasonable for this kind of quality. We are extremely happy with it.

I like this GreenPan brand non-stick pan; it is working very well so far. The cooking surface lasts us about a year, being used 4-5 times a week. I really like that this gray-bottomed pan is not scorching from the gas burner like the pale green pan did [our first non-stick purchase].

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good pan but if you read the directions, it says to always use oil, not cooking spray. To never use the scrub side of the sponge when cleaning and to always use plastic or wood utensils when cooking in this pan. The pan coating may be healthier but I think this pan is comparable to any other on the market that cost less.

My boyfriend has a pan that he likes and has been looking for another. I searched up the brand and purchased this one and we love it. It's been used several times now and nothing has stuck in it. I just wipe it clean, he washes every time. I use pam he uses a bit of olive oil.

I have a smaller GreenPan and it works GREAT so I went ahead and ordered this one but was completely disappointed in its performance. The surface began to discolor and I began noticing that food was sticking to the pan. Frankly, I was surprised because the smaller pan is still fantastic. I can only guess that the coating is defective but I'm no pan doctor.

Only use non-stick pans. Now that we know Teflon type coatings are bad for us and the environment, these GreenPan ceramic non-stick skillets are great. My husband and sons clean up after themselves in the kitchen just fine, but if it's something that is 'fussy' for cleaning maintenance, forget it...they won't 'follow the care instructions'. So this brand fits the bill in my household. No weird toxins in it, easy and no fuss clean up and they last a decent amount of time for the price. Can't pull the trigger on all the high end cookware out there these days. Thankfully there are reasonably priced brands like this one that are still safe to use. Will repurchase.
