To whom it may concern,I have been buying your shea butter for years. I recently bought a new three-pound container of the yellow African shea butter and it smelled like a zoo in a bottle. My boyfriend (as he’s taken over buying shea butter for me) tried to get ahold of someone for help, but met with no response. Knowing I still needed butter, he bought me more, and it has just showed up to my door smelling like fecal matter, again. I don’t know if you guys have a bad batch, if things are expired, or what, but I would like a refund for at least one of the two three-pound shea butters that we purchased and cannot use.Thank you for your time,a disgusted customer

I use this product for the main ingredient in many of my homemade skin and hair care products. I've been through many and find that they are NOT all the same. It's easy to blend with other pure butters and exceeds. My standards across the board....thank u....
