Unfortunately, the device was defective straight out of the box. Only one of the nasal nodes turned on, making it unusable. Beyond the defect, the device feels very cheap for what is supposed to be a medical style wellbeing product. I have no confidence in its quality or reliability, and I do not even want to attempt a replacement.
