I'm a nurse, and this bag is by FAR the best work and travel bag I've ever purchased. It has multiple compartments, including a side pocket that perfectly fits the 50 drinks I somehow bring to work every day. Two of my coworkers have already bought it after seeing mine, and I recently picked up a second one just for air travel. It’s surprisingly well-made and super sturdy. If you’re someone who hauls a lot to work—especially a laptop—this bag is a game-changer. It unzips fully at the top and stands upright on its own, no need to lean it against a wall or your desk. It’s incredibly spacious, comes in black and two other gorgeous colors, and was under $35. Honestly, the value for the price is insane. Highly recommend it for any busy professional on the go.

I have been carrying a briefcase style computer bag for years that I bought like 8 years ago. I work a semi retirement gig at a high school career center where part of my job is to check bag when students come in and set off the metal detectors. A student had one of these and it flung a cravin' on me. It says it's a women's bag, but I don't care. I got it in the Army Green and that one was cheaper - guess it's not a popular color. Anyway, I put everything in it that packed out my old bag and still had enough room that I could have fit my lunch in it. The best part of this is the top gatemouth opening. You can spread the top and see all the contents in the main compartment. I love it. Would definitely recommend for men as well as for women.

I absolutely love this backpack. It has all the features you could want and holds a ton of stuff without feeling bulky. The front pockets are super convenient for organization, and having an insulated section is an amazing extra bonus. Highly recommend if you need a versatile bag that can carry everything!

I am a professional business woman and I have been using my Armani back pack for years just because I loved the brand. I wanted to try something new that had more pockets and sections for organizing and I came across the “Vankean 17” Laptop backpack”. The price is so reasonable I thought I’d give it a try. To my delight, it is just perfect! I’ve been using it two weeks now and have every pocket filled and it all makes sense to me! Now I no longer carry a purse as I put my wallet in the second fold out section along with my cheater glasses for reading, a pen and my favorite petite sized “Santa Ynez- pure Lavender Essential Oil” The first pocket holds two sets of keys, AirPods, and company security pass. The top outside zipper pocket has throat lozenges, gum and a cherry Larabar. The outside pockets are fantastic! I carry my protein shake on one side and the other side pocket has my large thermos with hot peppermint tea with coconut milk. Inside holds many items I use for my profession, as there are two openly divided slots one could be for a Laptop or IPad as it does have nice padding. Then there is a roomy open section in the middle that you could easily store your lunch or snacks in. I also love the deep zipper interior pocket to stash away extra items. I have not yet tried the charger but I think that is such a cool feature! The straps for carrying are very comfortable. The entire back pack zips fully shut and has a little extra snap feature to secure the handles together. The color is really really beautiful! I love this product so much I will buy it in another color to create a bag for other life projects. I would also feel totally happy and comfortable giving this as a gift to a friend or family member- it looks more expensive in person. Hope you enjoy yours too!

Update: I used this bag on a trip and I LOVE IT! It holds more than I thought it would. The zipper top did indeed make it easier to find things at the bottom of the bag. I honestly only used the charge port once, but it was really helpful. I like that it kept my power bank inside so I would risk it getting damaged. No problems using it as a carry-on and went through TSA with no issues. I was able to turn it on its side when putting in the overhead compartment so others had more room for their bags. It probably would have fit under seat as well, but I didn’t try it, as my bag was stuffed to the gills. I truly appreciate all the pockets… especially the front pocket for holding boarding passes and ID on travel days. I still think this would be a 5-star bag had it not been for the color being so dark. If they make one in an actual ivory or cream color, I would definitely buy it! Original review: This backpack just arrived today. It seems like it’s good quality. The zippers are smooth. The fabric is thick and padded. It has lots of room for everything I need for a carryon, including my water bottle and umbrella in the side pockets. The top opens decently wide. I appreciate the tech charger on the side that will hopefully charge my phone while I use it, and my power bank will stay inside the bag. My only issue thus far is the pictures of the bag do not depict its actual color. The first picture shows a bag that is ivory. The following pics show a bag that is more cream. What I got was this khaki color that I’m not thrilled with. It’s still neutral like I wanted. But I’m not a fan of earth tones.

Lots of functional pockets. Stores Owala 24oz water bottle sturdily. Padded straps. Appears well constructed and some style as well. Bought this for my middle schooler and so far she is very happy with it.

So far, I am very impressed. I have had quite a few laptop bags and backpacks and finally, someone designed one to my specifications! It is not too heavy, it is constructed very well and it is attractive. I was absolutely thrilled that the main compartment had the zipper only at top keeping contents from dribbling out the sides. The opening is adequately large to easily access your belongings. Other cases I have owned had zippers all around the perimeter. It has caused items to dribble out and in one case, the zipper busted and my laptop was damaged. In contrast The Vankean backpack keeps your items secure. The backpack also has sturdy handles at the top which make it so much easier to grab. Having a little experience lugging around a laptop, it is a hidden game changer. I also like the ease of securing the laptop vertically. I put a cushy sleeve on my 15.6 and it fit perfectly fine in the sleeve. There are just two pockets for a laptop and tablet plus a zippered compartment inside. There is also a small pocket for putting charger battery. For the inside, that’s it. Limiting the compartments make it more useable. If you want to keep things neat, use packing cubes for chargers or personal items. Other than that, I loaded my laptop, Ipad and stuffed a few more things in it and was quite happy that it was easy to use, easy to throw on my back and easy to access items. I could even fit my large cup in the side compartment. Finally, I chose the rose color which is really attractive. I’ve always had dark laptop cases, so it is a really nice change. All in all, I highly recommend it. It is great for day to day use, student use and perfect for carryon. ————— Update 10/4: I took it on a trip with me and it was perfect carryon for my laptop. I did kinda overstuff it a bit coming back. But I had two laptop sleeves which added a little bulk. For me, a med size tote bag that zipped up would have been a good companion to it. But back to the backback, I was very pleased at the protection it provided.

Perfect for my needs. I am on crutches for a couple of months and needed a purse that I could carry on my back. Love that it has tons of room and many pockets and compartments. Love the color as well.

I bought this bag for university it has a large capacity. I’ve used it for two weeks now and no problems with it . It’s comfortable to carry on your back. I haven’t tried my laptop in it yet but I feel confident it would be safe in this bag. I would still put a skin cover on my laptop for extra protection before placing the laptop in this bag. It’s seems to be good quality I wasn’t too sure of the zippers and how successful they would be but they seem fine and I’ve taken my time to close them just in case . They seem strong enough. I like the colour I picked I think it will keep cleaner for longer. It is a bit darker in colour when I received it and I was a bit disappointed when I opened it that it wasn’t as bright but the darkened colour hasn’t really affected anything else. I haven’t tried the power bank plug part yet but it all looks in good working order. I would highly recommend this bag for the price to quality ratio.

I had the Itzy ritzy boss plus diaper bag retailing for $220+. It had constant zipper issues and finally crapped out. I bought this one because I liked the amount of zippered compartments and cup/bottle holders. I am so impressed by this bag! I use the “laptop” holder to stash colouring books and a change pad. I use the “ipad/tablet” compartment to hold diapers and wipes and it’s the PERFECT size! It also has an internal pocket great for snacks. I love tnay the front has space for sunglasses, cards, keys and any other extras. It looks like a $200 backpack for a quarter of the price! I’m super happy with this and I love that it isn’t just a “diaper bag” look. I can use it for travel in the future as it has the strap for attaching to a suitcase as well. 10/10 on thoughtfulness of design. I bought the beige colour and it’s very neutral for either mom or dad to carry.
