20 Pieces Felt Ukulele Picks,Felt Heart Shape Pick for Ukulele Guitar Bass with pick holder case (Multiple colors) (general, 10 mixed colors)

First, I am not an experienced ukulele player, I've only been playing for a week (I'm a band teacher now teaching ukulele, so I'm just a few steps ahead of my students for now). I can't speak to the fine details of these picks, but they are perfect for teaching 8 and 9 years olds to play without their fingers getting so sore. The picks are sturdy and sound good, at least to my mostly untrained ear. They held up in class today and arrived the day after I ordered them. My biggest goal was whatever would arrive fast enough to have before my next class These did the trick and the kids enjoyed class a lot more today.

When I ordered these, I didn't see the case that came with them. This is just perfect and fits right in my ukulele case. The felt picks let me grip a bit tighter than the plastic pics so I am a happy camper. (I dropped one of my plastic pics inside my ukulele, and it was not easy to retrieve that pic.)

This purchase was my first for felt picks. I was dissatisfied using convention plastic picks on my bass guitar and came to consider a felt pick. The "20 Pieces Felt Ukulele Picks,Felt Heart Shape Pick for Ukulele Guitar Bass with pick holder case" was, in my opinion, the best value among the felt pick offerings. My only concern with the product is that the felt pick is too stiff. However, I'm holding out using one of the picks in an effort to eventually "break in" the stiffness to my liking. Overall, I am pleased with this product especially in terms of the overall value in the abundance of picks offered in the sale. Thank you.

They're picks. Made of felt. They're kinda cool. You can use them wherever picks are used. They mute out some harsh tones on a cheaper ukulele... Which I have. They're kinda cool to try on bass and acoustic guitars too. They kinda mute the ring, which isn't terrible, but not a sound I really enjoy.

I understand that you should not use the nylon or hard picks on ukuleles, due to risk of damage to the strings. I’ve had experiences where I played a lot, and my index finger scan above my fingernail would become very tender. I was looking for an answer, and stumbled across these. They have worked very well. They have a nice crisp, but not overpowering sound. I pass them out to everyone in our ukulele group. Everyone seems to really appreciate them. I do give your fingers a break.

The picks are nice quality, but unfortunately the picks are too thick, which is OK for strumming chords but very difficult for picking individual strings.
