Pump does not work
SO Why would the pump not work?

Great product!
I love Alastin products and the neck cream is fabulous as well as all the others. The only thing I do not like about the neck cream is the big round clunky pump dispenser it comes in. Def not convenient for traveling. Not sure why they decided to put this product in such a large dispenser when all the rest are in a nice tall pump.

defective bottle makes using difficult
After using this product for about 2 weeks, it stopped dispensing the cream. I looked inside and saw that the straw is no longer than the top of the bottle, so now I have to unscrew the whole lid every time I want to use it.
