Meguiar's Professional M07 Show Car Glaze, 16oz

I have a 2007 300C that is pearl black. I take pretty good care of it with regular waxing and an annual clay bar cleaning in the spring - it is stored in the winter. I use mainly Meguiar's products on the finish including their Ultimate Liquid Wax and detailing spray which are both excellent products. Over time though I have started to notice a discoloration mainly on the hood, where it looks like darker splotches similar to what might get left behind when wax is not removed properly. One thing I did notice is that the new bottle of wax, which I also purchased, was white compared to the one I had that was almost empty, which had turned a yellow/brown color. I don't know if it was like that originally and maybe Meguiar's changed their formula, but that bottle was a couple of years old so I am wondering if it was too old and went bad, if that is even a thing, and was the cause of the discoloration in the first place. I will definitely be paying more attention in the future. Anyway, I had thought about using one of the more aggressive polishing compounds, but there were no swirl marks or scratches so thought it might be over-kill and decided to try the M0716 first. My thinking was I can always go stronger if it did not work plus it was half the price. I applied it by hand in the early evening when the car was in the shade and the surface was cool. I used a wax application pad and did a small area first to test it out. I could see when I was applying it that it was interacting with the surface layer and not just laying on top so I worked it in until I could see it was uniform. I let it dry 10-15 minutes as recommended and removed it with a clean cotton t-shirt and towel. It came off easily enough although it took a little work, but in the end it removed all of the discoloration and left a real nice shine. I followed up with a coat of the Meguiar's Ultimate liquid wax and it came out great. All the discoloration is gone and the finish looks better than ever. I plan to do the rest of the car at some point even though the discoloration was isolated to the hood. I do have some swirl marks on the lower half of the car that show up when it is in direct sunlight so curious to see if it will get those out too. I am very happy with the results and can recommend this product without hesitation. Keep in mind though it might not work for you depending on what you are trying to achieve and what you are starting with. If you have a car with a lot of swirls and scratches, this is not really the product you need. It is more for cars with a nice clean surface that may have some light swirls or discoloration that need to be corrected.

I use a ceramic spray on my car (Tech 582). It leaves a gorgeous shine and great hydrophobic coating. Unfortunately over time water spots build up from rain water evaporating. They become etched in and cannot be simply washed off. After tons of research I thought this might be the least aggressive way to get them off. It works!! I use a DA polisher and low cut pads but it also works by hand. Try to use the smallest amount to get the desired effect. Do small sections at a time in the shade. Then buff it out with microfiber towels.

Product does a great job and shines the car nicely

This is a very low cut polish for newer cars. This applies very easy than a heavier cut polish and you won't burn out your elbows. I use a pad and a towel and I only do maybe a 12"x12" section at a time it might take 2 hours of work by hand but it's worth it. Avoid doing this work in the sun because you be there all day to take the polish off. Double check for any polish and just keep buffing it out until it's gone. The car will look like glass. Swirl marks will be minimal.any deep scratches will have some white polish in it. I use a small match color paintbrush to cover any scratches. Make sure the car is dry from washing and the waxing will be easier than the polishing. I prefer using a micro cloth towel for finishing and a large terry cloth towel to buff the Polish off.

Works great as a finishing glaze after buffing and polishing. Excellent smooth glossy shine. Very easy to work with, great results

I messed up the inside of my LG stove by using EASY-OFF oven cleaner!!! It ate the shine off the enamel inside and left HORRIBLE RESIDUE (I forgot to take pic or residue because I was so upset) I went online and saw that CLR PRO will remove the residue from the EASY-OFF but nothing will bring back the dullness caused by it 😭😭😭 I took a chance on this even tho I know it's for cars!!! It's DEFINITELY AN IMPROVEMENT...it's not as shiny as it was when I first moved in but it looks better than having the dull blue enamel inside the oven!!! 1st Photo is 1 coat & Last photo is 3 coats

I have a rare collector's Corvette and am very particular of what I use on my car. Clear coat on a car is only so thick and over the years can take a beating. If you frequently use harsh products you can eventually remove that clear coat and the only way to fix it is to repaint the car. That is costly as well as ruins the value of a collectors car. I LOVE the entire Meguiars line of products. The show car glaze is mild enough to not hurt the clear coat but leaves a deep and wet look to the car. My process is: Wash and dry; Clay Bar; Meguiars Ultimate Polish, followed by Mirror Glaze Show Car Glaze, Meguiars Ultimate Wax, followed by Pure Carnauba Wax. Previously I prepared the car without the Mirror Glaze step and the difference is extremely noticeable. The shine is deeper, the car looks wet, and the Wax was so much easier to remove. I highly recommend it especially for dark colored cars. Unlike other products that when they dry are white, the Mirror Glaze does not dry white. You aren't supposed to let it dry anyways, but the idea is by not being white it doesn't alter the color and clarity of the paint.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt. Die Ergebnisse sind top. Mit einem 1/2 Liter schafft man ca. 6 - 8 Fahrzeuge mittlerer Größe. Man sollte aber mit der Dosierung aufpassen. Lieber etwas weniger auftragen als nachher zigmal nachreiben. Vor allem nicht in der Sonne verarbeiten, sonst gibt es Schatten , die sich nur mit Mühe entfernen lassen. Da sollte man mit einer Maschine mit kleiner Drehzahl ( 1200 - 1500 Umdrehungen ) herangehen und ein wenig Gefühl mitbringen. Eins sollte dem Endverbraucher klar sein: Es ist keine Politur im herkömmlichen Sinne. Da ist der Remover Swirl der gleichen Firma vorher anzuwenden. Alle glotzen aus der Nachbarschaft nur herum, wenn jemand sein Auto bearbeitet. Wenn man aber fertig ist , fragen alle , ob der neu lackiert ist. Das sagt alles.
