Amazing shower head
Wow just wow! This shower head is a game changer and fixed my water flow issue while giving an elegant look with the chrome/black look. Highly recommend, inexpensive and easy to install with everything you need in the box along with extra parts if needed later on. If I could give 10 stars to this product I would!!!!

Wide shower head is great
This is sooooo nice. We did a little "refresh" in our bathroom and installed all new plumbing fixtures in the shower. Unfortunately, I ended up not really liking the rainfall shower head that came with the set. I love a really powerful jet on my shower and the rainfall thing wasn't cutting it. So I replaced it with this one. So much better. First of all, with our good water pressure you really feel the spray. And, because the shower head is so wide, the water hits you shoulder to shoulder. Perfect. It has adjustable sprays that you can change with just a turn of the knob in the middle. The shower wand was also a necessity...our old plumbing had one...and I used it for rinsing off the tile after cleaning and to help give our dog a bath in the tub. My only complaint is that I wish the cord was longer, but it's not a deal breaker since the water sprays pretty far. It was a really good change from my other shower head.

Good overall. Have some troubleshooting suggestions..
I chose this style to get the wider spray area than the round ones without having to spend a ton of money, despite some of the bad reviews. I'm in a rental and didn't want to get an expensive one that might not match if I move. Glad I did. I really like this for the most part. It was a little smaller than I thought, and I was kind of disappointed that I waited extra time for delivery to get the brushed chrome only to realize the center strip of the face was brushed chrome, and the face of the unit and handheld are grey plastic, see attached photo. It looked fully brushed chrome with a black strip in the first Amazon photo. I think it would look better that way, or black on the face of both the main unit and the handheld instead of grey. The only other issues I encountered and resolved were as follows: 1 - The instructions were lacking a note to remove the protective cone around both ends of the hose, and the round pieces inside both ends of the hose that are keeping the washers in place during shipping. See attached photo. The cones (shown right) just pop off over the end. The round pieces (shown center) are threaded, so I twisted them out using the tips of needle nose pliers inserted in the slots, and turning it. 2 - My apartment doesn't have the best water pressure, so to increase the pressure, I removed the flow regulators (shown left) in the photo. There is one where the unit attaches to the shower pipe, and another where it attaches to the hose. You just pop out the washer, pull out the regulator, and then reinsert the washer. Make sure both hose washers, and the one where it attaches to the shower pipe are seated properly before installing it in the shower. Be prepared to run out of hot water faster if you have a tank style water heater, I noticed I had to adjust the shower temp faster than normal because of the higher water output. 3 - The whole thing tipped to the side when I installed the handheld and wouldn't sit straight. I figured out that spinning the main unit to the right tightens it on the knuckle. Make sure it's tight on the knuckle before installing the hose, because it will be easier to spin and tighten. 4 - I wanted to have the rain and the turbo at the same time. Rain is at 10 o'clock and turbo is at 2 o'clock on the dial. I basically set mine just to the right of 12 o'clock as shown. Worked out better for me. Outside of the minor issues I had to figure out and adjust, it works well and installed easily. I gave a small extra tighten to each threaded attachment with pliers to make sure they were snug to prevent any leaks. Haven't had any leakage at all so far. Just make sure you put a doubled up cloth around it so to not scratch the finish, and don't over-tighten, you'll crack the plastic components or cut/twist up your washers. I only gave it a 4/5 because of the missing tips and instructions above. And because I really wanted it to have that black strip.. 😭😂

Good water pressure, excellent value for the price
I purchased and installed this shower head 7 months ago. It's excellent. The water pressure is really good in both the main head and the handheld. It's a little inconvenient to have to reach through the water to the switch but you get used to it. It feels like a rain shower head but it's at a convenient angle so that your hair doesn't necessarily get wet. It swivels very easily if you need to move it. The clip for the handheld felt a little fragile at first but I'm used to it now. Just don't take it out or put it back in with great force. This shower head is also easy to keep clean because of the rubber nozzles. The only minor complaint I have is that the holes in the nozzle are a bit too narrow; I would have preferred wider holes so that the flow doesn't feel as needle-y. Overall, it's great value for the price.

Exceptional Shower Head (With Some Notes!)
I was concerned about not getting enough pressure and flow, but I was wrong! Even with the attached extended arm, the smaller head/gallon worked well. I did NOT install the flow restrictor due to being a smaller gallon access, and it is great! The spray quality is full and covers fully. I needed the head to have the ability to rotate slightly, since our pipe is not centered on our shower wall, and this has that feature! Love it! The shower head itself seems durable and overall is a beautiful install. The handheld feels a little light, but that is a good thing when holding it I suppose. And the hose is sturdy and is of really good quality stainless. Everything was super easy to install, and even had rubber gaskets and plumbing tape for the install. I was very pleased with the items included, and the installation was quick. (About 15-20 minutes.) The only thing I would say is the handheld connection is a bit tricky. You have to place it just right into the slot. And the station for it is plastic. Long-term, I wonder if this will wear and break. However, we will only use the handheld every so often. So, hopefully it will be fine. Changing water pressure and spray settings is done through a knob on the faucet itself. It is large and easy to modify during showering. It also makes things easy to wipe down and clean. If you are petite/short (height wise,) I would highly suggest getting the arm piece, especially if your pipe is placed high, but otherwise I am very happy with this purchase and feel it is an exceptional value for what was paid!

3 stars is for build quality.
Great shower head poor build quality. Had it long enough to say for the price its good. Good pressure as well. Just be carefull with the wand. Its the cheapest part of the entire thing. The settings are nice. Just wish there was a extra setting on the main head where u could use the middle 25% streams for a lil bit more pressure if needed. 3 star seems right.

Happy with choosing this replacement shower head, no complaints. Purchased November 2024.
Have had installed for a few weeks, seems fine with plenty of water pressure. Never had a "Square shower head" before and saved a little when purchasing on Cyber Monday 2024. Here's a few things I'd like to mention: 1. I've discovered shopping for a new shower head replacement is somewhat of a daunting task; that one may not expect at first because of the wide array of choices and features. Basically my requirements were simple in that I tried to find one that was well made from durable materials and one which would last. However, I've discovered even more expensive models have issues with leaks and other problems over time based on the Amazon reviews that I've read. Based on my own experience over the years with our home, I've changed various shower heads approximately every 4-5 years. To me they all seem to end up leaking or the water flow is diminished based on minerals in the Long Island water over time. Based on this reasoning I don't expect them to last forever and that is why I purchased this specific model which didn't seem too expensive and has most of the features I was looking for. 2. This square shower head has a larger spray area than my last (Which was round) and works perfectly without any issues whatsoever. And I would earnestly add that the large spray area is superior to past shower heads I previously used. The water pressure is fortunately plenty strong out of each individual nozzle stream. (I was a somewhat concerned / worried before ordering because I recall I had read a few reviews with this specific model that outlined "Low Pressure" but I Did Not experience this myself at all and specifically found the pressure to be very strong in fact. The square nozzle head also tilts up and down and side to side a bit, which helps shorter people like other family members. 3. The wand hose is somewhat shorter than the last model I had installed, but despite this it is more than adequate I've found to reach all areas of the body. The "Wand" has two different settings, "Spray" and "Jet" and are activated by a slide switch. The Wand setting does "Not Function at all" while the main square shower head is on and in use. I use this jet setting with the "Wand" and found it is very, very high pressure which is great. In addition, I would add the jet setting stream of the wand is ergonomically designed and works well to clean between the legs and other hard to reach spots of the body. (The "Jet setting" nozzle angels / changes the high-pressure Water flow to a "Flatter horizontal stream" opposed to Round.) 4. No issues with installation. Just needed a pair of plyers. (I used a larger channel lock plyer, but ordinary plyers should also work adequately if that's all you got on hand.) I removed my old shower head and cleaned the threads for a few seconds with an old toothbrush and soap and water. I then dried the threads with a paper towel and installed the enclosed "Pipe tape" on the water pipe that you use to screw on the nozzle. I also used this enclosed "Teflon tape" on the wand and hose fittings before installations (3 to 4 wraps on each.) No leaks or any other issues, I would say it would take about 10 to 15 minutes to remove old nozzle and install this newer model. (I turned the fittings with my fingers and made all connections finger tight first. Then I carefully tightened then each with the plyers. Don't use to much force and try not to press down or "Clamp down" too hard on the plyers, be gentle and only tighten 1 quarter turn after finger tight approximately. Be as gentle as you can with the plyers so you don't leave marks on the fittings. 5. The Wand is hung up by a small piece of plastic connector, I would expect this to break sometime in the future, so I am careful when removing the wand from the connector when using and putting it back. I would hope to get at least 3 years before it breaks, perhaps longer? In the event the "Plastic Connector" does eventually break I think a simple "S" hook would suffice in holding it up if one didn't mind it hanging. So in a nut shell; based on the features of this specific shower head and the affordable cost I feel I made a good choice when purchasing this specific model. In fact this item stood out rather quickly when comparing them side by side to other various shower heads listed on Amazon.
