Delicious tea
I started drinking this tea about 2 weeks ago. My headaches are erratic so I don't know if the tea is helping. But this is one of the most delicious teas I've ever had and it smells wonderful!I have suffered from chronic headaches all my life. After trying just about every drug on the market I thought I'd give this a try. The taste is good enough on its own hopefully, it'll help with my headaches too.I purchased a 2PCS Tea Infuser Strainer for Loose Tea to brew in large batches to make iced tea. This way I always have some on hand.

May be too early to tell but you should definitely try it if you are suffering
I get migraines a lot. I will go weeks, maybe months without one but I get into cycles and I'll have one on and off for months straight. That started happening, most of Nov and Dec was on and off throwing up and bed ridden from pain/nausea/spinning/diaherra causing dehydration, the whole thing. When I get a bad one it will be 3 days before I'm OK and then maybe a few days off and it starts back over again. Started this tea beginning of January so it is too early to tell but I will say even my baseline pressure/headache that I pretty much always have is definitly improved. I have not had a legit migraine since I started this tea. Full disclosure I also quit the very stressful job I had that I know was contributing to them but not the full cause since I've had them on and off my whole life. I would tell you to start now and if it doesn't work at least you tried. So much cheaper, easier and healthier than all those medications that don't even really work (for me at least, tried pretty much everything except the very new treatments). I'll update if I get another migraine on the tea but I am super hopeful. Get it. But take every day. I have had every single day, no missing. I just ordered 2 more bags. I got natural reusable tea bags on amazon to go with it.

Don't over steep!
There's a small tea shop in the town I work in that has a headache tea which they claim treats as well as helps prevents chronic headaches. Alrighty, I'm in! The problem is, I can never seem to get to that store, and I think it's silly to order from a shop that's a hop, skip, and a jump from where I work. Side note: please pay no attention to my Instacart account! *sigh* Anyhow, I was shopping on Amazon and ran across this tea that offers many of the same ingredients as the other shop and I decided I didn't have anything to lose as 1. I was already ordering anyway 2. My headaches have been more frequent with all the storms and 3. Tea *has* to be cheaper than my migraine meds, right?! Right! It was a few days from the time I received it that I decided to give it a try (it was a particularly brutal morning) and opening the package was a nice change to some of the other "wellness" teas I've had in the past. Very pleasant and fragrant without being overpowering. Since I have a sensitivity to smells, I appreciated this greatly. It steeped in the pot nicely, I have a wonderful glass one that allows me to watch the process, and I took it with me on my commute to work. There's a small sharp after bite, but nothing that would make you want to put it down and never touch it again. However, here's the kicker. I mentioned I steeped it, and then took it on the commute - what I didn't do was put the rest of the pot in the fridge. Yep, there it was steeping away while I was at work. To make matters worse, it continued to do so all night as I forgot about it. The next day, seeing it was sitting patiently where I left it, I decided to not waste good tea and poured a cup, ignoring the cloudiness in the pot. That sharp after bite I mentioned? Yes, it was definitely there, letting me know with a resounding whack to the tastebuds not to ever do that again! Apparently, it does not like to sit in its own leaves for hours on end, and is not forgiving about the transgression. Don't worry, we've made peace and from now on, as soon as possible, I will pour whatever is left into a separate container and store it in the refrigerator. While I cannot yet comment on any benefits it may have on the prevention of headaches, I can say that the smell alone had a nice, slightly relaxing feature. I'll keep brewing it and see where we are after I have finished the bag. Until then, happy steeping!

hmm
did not get these for me but the person that I did get it for said that there was no effect on migraines. it seems to have everything in it that is said to alleviate migraines but this did not work in her case.

Doesn’t help migraines
This does not prevent or cure migraines. It is good as herbal tea. That’s it.
