The dishes are more grey than white. Very disappointed in the colour

Items arrived broken and all attempts to get replacements have been ignored.
The set looks nice, but two plates arrived broken. I followed the instructions to get replacements, but all attempts to contact them have been ignored after 3 weeks. I don't feel like keeping an incomplete set because some pieces arrived broken, so I might have to contact Amazon and return the whole thing. This is really poor customer service, buyer beware.

Great setting
The dishes are just great. They make a nice table. The only problem that I have is that I had a soup bowl with a flaw in it. I have tried contacting the company four times either by e mail or customer service. As of this date the company has not answered any of my correspondence.I followed the instructions that came with dishes and gave the company all the information that they requested but so far it is to no avail. They may have a good product but there customer relations ands customer service is horrible.I hope they read this and do something about it.

AWFUL!!!! Not sanded properly!
If you're looking for something to scratch the heck out of your table, these dishes are for you!These are not pure white, they're on the grey side, which may not be a problem unless you have white dishes you're using with them, in which case the color difference is very obvious.They are warped around the edges, which make them look ridiculous.And worst of all, the bases of EVERY SINGLE ONE are not properly sanded!! I would have been able to get away with these except for that. I actually scratched myself on the base of a bowl while washing it and it BLED!! They also scratch through the glaze of the dish or plate they are stacked on top of in the cabinet. Straight through the glaze!!I have a nice wooden table and there's no way I'll be using these!I contacted the company weeks ago and have had no reply.

Quality Checkers need glasses!
The selection was great. However, many defects found. Glaze has imperfections. Black flecks, uneven glaze coverage, very rough bottoms. I was able to sand each piece on the bottoms. The bottoms were very rough and would have scratched the table or flesh as there were snags on some of the bottoms. Too big a hassle to return and we need the dishes now. Otherwise, very attractive and a great selection of pieces. And, great price.
