The bristles on this are soft enough to be gentle to skin, but firm enough to scrub yourself down.. and good quality . I work construction, so I generally need to be able to scrub dirt and sweat off at the end of the day to feel clean. The size of the brush is perfect, and it works like a charm

does it exfoliate? yes a little. but i was hoping for something just a little more rough on the skin. Something to work down those calluses on my feet inthe shower. this was not quite it.

The brush works great and love the hanger that comes with the brush.

I've been attempting to find an exfoliating shower brush comparable to my old one that eventually broke after 10 years of excellent service. The bristles of the old one were firm, and the plastic handle was lightweight but strong. This particular Exfoliating Shower Brush is handsome to look at, but the handle is difficult to hold and wield, and the bristles are not firm as advertised.

You can’t even hold this brush in your hand without it turning sideways when you scrub your back. You can’t grip it. The handle is squared off and when you put any soap on it and start to scrub your back as you reach around your waist to get from underneath, it twists sideways in your hand. Going over your shoulder is ok some. It’s a very bad design. It think it needs a different type of handle.
