These were perfect! I am in the midst of rebuilding my 1994 Club Car DS and, during the replacement of the rear suspension, I on a whim purchased these leaf springs. The amazon drive came while I was in the midst of fighting with my rear end, handed me the front springs, and I took a little break from the frustration of the rear end and immediately installed these front springs. Install was extremely easy and the springs made a huge difference in the handling of the cart. Extremely sturdy and a great price. I have yet to be let down by products from 10L0L.

EXCEPTIONAL quality that fits beautifully. My Club Car had the factory springs that were flat from usage. These springs made a huge difference lifting the cart to the factory height again.

The spring is good as are the bushings. There are two issues I ran into on a 2001 DS. The new bushing sleeves seem to be a bit long so it was necessary to grind one down so it would fit. The second issue is with the thickness of the new spring which is twice as thick as the original. This means that the four 3/8 - 16 thread 1 1/2 inch long original bolts are too short. You will need 2 inch long ones to install the new spring. These are the bolts that run through the bottom plate, past the spring, and through the upper mounting plate. Go ahead and get new nuts and lock washers... after 24 years the old ones were a bit rusty.

Fit was good

The factory leaf sprints broke in half when driving one day. I needed a replacement fast and these were the the ones I got. Installation was easy, jack up the cart, remove both front tires. Remove the bolts holding the old leaf sprint and reverse. It does come with two sets of bushings, I had to use one of each size in each side to make it fit, other than that everything worked great. Overall I think the ride is a little nicer than the old springs, and the cart is running again.

President golf cart was sagging. Changed these out and it lifted the cart 1 1/2 inches. I wish it had come with new bolts for installation, but still excellent quality

Supplied bushings and spring make the width to wide to fit. Need to have bushings face to 1/64 to get to fit. This will not provide much wear. I will have bronze ones made to last due to improper width on spring.
