This product exceeded my expectations tenfold and beyond!! I actually didn't expect it to help in any way but it lifted my lifelong, intractable depression and anxiety to a tolerable level. I also have a condition that causes daily severe pain that i take meds for (the meds all but depleted my natural vitamin d) but they don't help as much as I'd like. This reduced my pain by about a third, something I never believed could happen!! I have to say that holistic medicine/vitamin regimens have never worked for me in any capacity so I didn't expect this to help whatsoever. I'm so grateful my doctor convinced me to give it a try! It took about two months for it to be consistently noticeable so don't give up and be sure to take it every day. You'll be glad you did!

At 84 I have been diagnosed with osteopenia and was told to take calcium. Then I read where these other vitamins help to regrow bone I was looking for a formula that had them all. Elite had them all. I was a little put off at the price then I read you only take one pill a day. That sold me. Most of the other products required 3 pills a day. My blood pressure went up a couple weeks after taking this. Couldn't figure out what it was making it high. It also cause racing pulse and palpitations. While this is probably a great product, it didn't work for me. I had to dig online to find the blood pressure side effects that I didn't see listed anywhere else.

This product prevents calcium deposits in soft tissue (arteries). I have cleaned the deposits from my arteries by taking four sunflower lecithin a day and my arteries are now clear according to my recent ct scans. I choose to take Elite K2 with D3. Why this brand? Because I have a friend who has a doctorate degree in biochemistry, who is also very healthy and health focused, who recommended this particular brand. I have taken Elite K2 w D3 for several months now and was just scanned last week showing clear arteries and excellent heartfunction. At 73 I feel like 30!

I have taken this product forever and my blood results show an improvement in my vitamin d levels. However, with the price increasing almost 30% this month I will have to look for a replacement.

These capsules are medium sized and are decent in potency. I'd buy it again. No complaints.

Some people don't realize that D3 should be taken along with K2. This vitamin d3 with k2 supplement is a great find! If you take only one a day, it's enough for 3 months. Of course, during the winter months especially, I'd recommend more than 1 capsule a day but either way, it's great value!

I've been taking this product for several months, and I believe it is time to give the product the review it deserves. I can say it is an excellent product that does all that it's label says is good for. It has worked for me.
