Pulls the air out
Works well and same size as the passive vent. It is helping.

Timer program failure
The fan is quiet and nice looking. However, the instruction book is worthless. I had to ask the store what the terms meant and for directions on programming. The timers are supposed to offer specific run time and an off time and then to restart the same cycle. It failed to do this. After the off time, the unit locked up and would not restart even by programming for a continuous run. The display actually disappeared. The unit would not reset after unplugging it and starting over. Finally, it did function in the humidity mode. The box stated that it was made in China not a USA product.

Great circulation
We live in a older home in florida no basement works perfect to move the stagnant air out and made the inside so better , we don’t have the smells in the house at all anymore

Only worked 6 months
At first the fan worked perfect. It ran daily. It lasted 6 months and does not run now.

Good send to remove humidity and smells
I install this on my basement mechanical room where the furnace, water heater and electric are. That room use to smell funny because it not finished.

Nice unit, easy to use
This unit has a very good user interface. The buttons and computer are well made. I like it alot.Unit is used for air flow in our garage.We will order more for our crawlspaces.The unit has adjustable settings as well as a humidistat to save on electricity. Very nice.
