Can this be sprayed on the walls inside hvac, where the filter goes? the walls of the system has mildew and is stained and constantly smells the rooms

Spray it on, then wipe it off. That works the best for me.👌

Will this product leave white residue on interior red brick?

I used it on my hardscaping bricks outside and it did not leave any residue. You could try buying a similar brick and try it.

Can i spray this on carpet without discoloration?

I don't know for certain but am guessing it would depend upon your carpet fiber. I think it would probably be fine in most cases, but do a little test patch on the back maybe.
