Love it, but beware if you have sensitive skin
Originally purchased because I had gel manicures at the salons and couldn’t get the polish off. It works great. I use cheap files from a dollar store to roughen the top coat and then apply this and it comes right off. I use an orange stick to scrape and a cotton ball to collect. You have to do it twice sometimes. If you have sensitive skin, beware. It can give you the chemically burning feeling like the bond/primers of acrylic nails. I found that putting a good coat of lotion on before can help. I no longer use liquid remover. Only this!

This stuff saves so much time and effort!
I loved how easy this was to use, and how well it worked. I wish I had had this years ago. I also love that it saves me an extra charge at the salons for "polish removal." (Don't peel or pick your polish to avoid that charge, but this is a great method if that's one of your purchase reasons lol). It would be great if people with sensitive skin/nails could use it, but it did what I needed it to do and saved me a lot of time and effort. It does eat through the polish like a straight up acid(which was kind of cool), so if you have sensitive skin or nails, maybe try another method. I wasn't surprised that it takes a strong chemical to remove a strong product quickly, so I wasn't disappointed. I kind of expect that in the gel nail category. I would try to avoid the skin definitely, as it can sting or burn some, but I was just so pleased with how well/quickly it worked that I didn't care. I put it under the, "beauty is pain" category lol. I know beauty doesn't have to hurt, and there are alternative methods etc, but I love this for it's efficiency. If you're worried about the skin damage, maybe put something like aquaphor on the skin around your nails before using this, and wipe any of the product off of the skin if you do get it on there. I didn't pick this brand over others for any reason, I had just never used a product like this, so I picked one. I applied maybe 3 coats, starting with one nail, completing the hand, then the next hand, and I would come back to the first nail of the first hand and repeat. That seemed to give each layer enough time to work. Even the first layer applied starts to work right away, so it's pretty cool to watch. There is a cold sensation, even a pulling or tingling as the instructions describe, but that's normal. I definitely agree with the instructions that you should lightly buff the clear top coat or shiny layer of your polish before applying this product, to allow it to get through the layers of polish quicker. It'll still work if you don't buff, but may take longer or more coats. I didn't buff the first time and it still worked, but there was a noticeable difference in speed/efficiency when I used it another time after buffing. You can sit and wait for it, or if you run around getting ready/unready like a hot mess like myself, you can go about your business and get things done while it's on. It won't drip off like a polish, but the pieces of polish remover will fall off wherever you are, so just keep that in mind. Obviously, don't get it on anything that you don't want it to eat through. My only reason for 4 stars was that there didn't seem to be much in the bottle, especially if you're going to do multiple thick "coats." You can't see how much is in the bottle since it has an opaque label/packaging, so I don't know 3 I got a full bottle or not. That's also why I did 4/5 stars for "value for money," because I literally cannot see if I got my money's worth.

Works Almost as Well as Advertised
Overall, I am pleased. It was too good to be true — removing gel at home with no soaking in acetone and no nail damage? Well, there is a bit of a learning curve, but you can get pretty darn close to what you want. This stuff is thick to the point of being hard to get out of the bottle. Is that just me? Maybe I got old stock. But thickness is your friend, as you will only get good results if you apply GENEROUSLY, I mean really give it a thick coat. The first time, I was shy with it, and I had to do it 2x. This time, it seems to be working, really popping the polish off the nails even as I type this. I would not call it a no damage approach, unless I am just not being gentle enough, you will see some surface damage on my nails, but nothing worse than acetone and scraping does. So tips: apply thick, wait 10+ minutes to remove. It works. Enjoy.Edit: I just wanted to add more information. This product seems to work better with some gel brands than with others. This is hardly strange, considering that they all have different formulas. Yesterday I was removing Beetles gel polish for the first time, did a really good job filing through the top coat and partway through the color coat - this stuff worked almost instantly when I applied it. Probably, I was removing polish 2 minutes later, with NO pressure and NO nail damage. I mean, I could basically wipe it off with a cotton pad. I had a few stubborn spots left. Rather than putting pressure on them and risking damage, I gave them a couple of gentle swipes with the file and reapplied this product for another couple of minutes. All done!In summary, the only reason I am not bumping this to 5 stars is because it works differently with different gels, and with some, you might feel like using acetone would have been easier. However, with diligent filing first, it does work and it never touches skin, which I hate about acetone. File as much of the polish off first for best results (without going all the way through to your nail!) and you will likely have great damage free results. The harder you scrape to remove this, the more you will damage your nails, so it pays to be gentle.

Works fast IF you use it correctly!
This works better than just soaking in acetone, but you'll ending using a lot of product if you use just this remover alone. The strategy for best results: lightly file your nails to remove the shiny top coat--don't skip this step! Then rub on acetone nail polish remover with a cotton ball, and THEN apply a thick coat of the gel remover (it's goopy, so don't expect it to go on smoothly). The filing and acetone swipe helps loosen the gel polish, and allows the gel remover to work much faster and more effectively. If you follow these steps, the old polish will bubble up within a few minutes and scrape right off.

Good quality product
If you want to gel removal quick this is the product for you because you just buff the nail where the gel and apply the product wait test it first 5 to 10 or 15 or 20 minutes depending on how much gel you have on but it's so good because sometimes you don't feel like using the electric nail file and this does the job I'm happy

So convenient and easy.
I have to admit I was sceptical when I purchased this. But after ruining my hand with usual acetoner removal systems I was desperate. So easy to apply and quite fast depending on how thick my nails were. But this stuff has saved my nails! It is amazing and so worth it!

This is amazing! Five star all the way. I'll never dip my nails in acetone again
This stuff is amazing. I never write reviews but this blew my mind. After a couple of minutes the shellac started to lift and I was able to remove by rubbing only. No more dipping nails in acetone and using the drills. Awesome!!!!
