Nutricost Lactobacillus Acidophilus 10 Billion CFU, 120 Vegetarian Capsules

Not sure of a difference since taking this supplement however I now have very little incidence of heartburn. The real difference is the great yogurt that comes from mixing the contents of 1 capsule into the milk with the starter.

Just purchased my second bottle so this is a real full review. Purchased this a while back but fell off. When I was prescribed metronidazole gel (antibiotics) for BV (Bacterial Vaginosis) I took this along side it 2 hours after the antibiotics (don’t take it at the same time). It basically restored any and all the good bacteria the antibiotics might have killed because antibiotics kill both good and bad. And I kept using it after I finished my antibiotics and have not gotten bv symptoms since. I take two pills at night instead of one (don’t follow me though lol) but it definitely works! The pill size might be big for some, I fill my mouth with water. But definitely the best especially if you’re looking for a probiotic that does everything get this one strain. Multiple strains in my opinion have a hard time focusing on singular issues. I tried taking it before the antibiotics but for me personally I needed the antibiotics nothing would’ve worked alone.
