Great reliable filters
We have a four-stage filtration system on our well with this in the middle (between a 50 micron spin-down filter and a 0.5 micron filter that gets the tiny silt this one won't get (and a heavy metal filter in the fourth stage). These things last a long time, and the water is delicious. Easy to install and fits perfectly in our iSpring filter housing.

Great product good people
The ispring team especially Michelle are really great . You can talk to someone on the phone who is knowledgeable about their products! Very refreshing to actually speak to a human! They quickly helped us with our problems. I highly recommend this company.

Replacement not the same as original
We bought this filter as a replacement of the same filter. We installed the ispring big blue whole house system about a year ago and have been very happy with it. We have it installed at our cabin which has very irony water. The filter system has worked really well, but I am not yet sure about this replacement filter. It is very different than the original one we had. This new one seems much "cheaper" in materials and construction. Initially we have had a lot of air bubbles in our water even weeks after installation. This is expected the first few hours, but not the first few weeks. I called ispring and spoke to Nick who was very nice. He offered to send us a new filter stating that perhaps we got a defective one. I received the new filter today, and will be installing it this weekend. I will update my review after installing the replacement. Update: We got the replacement filter as promised, and it has been working beautifully! Very happy with the ispring system!

Easy to Install and Works Great!
We live in the Caribbean and use rain water for drinking. This filtration system is the best! Super easy to install and gives us clean drinking water. Highly recommend! Also, great customer service by Nick with any questions we had!

Great filter
I have a set of three filters but decided to try to replace only one because I have more sediment than normal and got lucky that it worked. I will replace all of them on my regular schedule for sure

I love this system, everyone should have one!
I was totally shocked to see how dirty my St Louis water is! I am so excited I have this and it was easy to install it's easy to change the filters. The only suggestion is that the company needs to put instructions into the filters because there's two little circular gaskets that go on each end that they don't tell you about and if you don't make sure they're on when you insert the new filter they will leak. A little piece of paper with the information about the gaskets would be oh so helpful when replacing old filters with new filters. Again I love love love the system
