Amazing loved it & will buy it again

I purchased this item to make lemon lavender cupcakes. These buds did not disappoint. The scent, color, freshness, texture, and flavor is fantastic. Love the flavor and scent given off by making/consuming the cupcakes. These buds are also great for teas and lattes.

I've purchased culinary lavender as well as grown and dried my own since the late 1980's. I did not have enough dried lavender on hand to make lavender scones and lavender lemonade for a women's group high tea so purchased a small package of dried lavender flowers from Lavender Creek Co. These are indeed Premium quality with excellent color and scent, and a negligible presence of debris. While I've not yet used them in a beverage or baking, the lovely scent is a strong indication of the flavor these lavender buds will impart.
