Are these 100% cotton?

I looked at the tag in my husbands' jockey briefs and it says they are 100% cotton. He prefers cotton and has always worn these. He also likes the low rise.

Do these have a fly that you can pull open to get inside without taking off your pants?

Yes they do. But I never was able to use one, it takes me so long to dig my hose out and I just pull it down from the top I let fly.
