Will it stay on my head if I use it without helmet on motorcycle?

No, it won't. There's no strong elastic. It blew right off my head at highway speeds.

Will it work well to wear on runs or working out?

I would assume so. It does a great job as a liner for a hat that I wear that usually has sweat running down my face

Would this work well under a welding helmet?

It’s made from spandex and poly something I wouldn’t recommend it welding. internet search for others made to use while welding
