This journal meets my needs perfectly. The zippered front serves as an additional impediment to inquiring minds! The way the paper is set up inside offers easy replacement and ready-set sections if that's what you want. I thought the penholder was a little awkward in the beginning, but now I am accustomed to it and like it. It is a great size for my needs, and now goes everywhere with me comfortably.

This journal was stunning. It was so nice I almost kept it, but I gave it as a gift. I actually gave it to my wife who is a writer. Once it was seen, it took her breathe away. The great part is that once it is filled, the pages can be refilled. I made sure of this before buying. I mean, it looks great, but who wants to just use it for just a short while to then only look at it when you're reviewing what was already written. This was indeed key in buying this journal. Looks, quality, and being able to continue to use for years.

I purchased this for my brother (as a Christmas gift) who is a writer. I love that it is zippered, for privacy and that you can replace the paper once it is used up. They quality of the book is great for the price. I engraved it for him to further personalize it. The size is great for portability.

It was just as expected. Lovely and well-made. The handle and zipper make this a truly unique journal. My only question is whether additional paper is sold for when this journal is full. It is clear that used pages may be removed (in tact), if desired.
