Excellent product from Belize. You can brew this, then strain it, or you can add White Label and let it sit for weeks if not months. Strain it and you will reap the longevity of plants.

This tea tastes terrible! It has an appropriate name, however it is an excellent natural way to lower high blood sugar. My brother lowered his blood sugar by 20 points with in an hour of consuming a cup of tea. He keeps it on hand and will drink it when he cheats on his diet.
