Great toothpaste. Recommended by my dentist to protect the enamel of my teen since I don’t like fluoride. This toothpaste will permeate into the enamel because of the hydroxyapatite. Excellent product.

This toothpaste was recommended by my dentist, because it contains both fluoride and xylitol and does not contain sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS). A lot of toothpastes will cause canker sores for me, but this one has not yet, possibly because of no SLS. It seems to be effective in cleaning teeth. My dentist knows I dislike the overpowering mint flavor of most toothpastes, mouthwash, and other dental products. I have also been bothered by the excessive sweetness of some mouthwashes that use strawberry flavoring and/or xylitol. I have also heard people complain about the bitterness of fluoride, although that bothers me less. This toothpaste has none of those problems. It has a very mild flavor and smell, with just a hint strawberry scent. It is neither bitter nor very sweet. It doesn't foam much, but it does foam just enough to be effective in cleaning teeth. There is no need for excessive bubbles. One concern would be the cost compared to other toothpastes. However, the instructions say to "apply a pea-sized amount to toothbrush" which is probably half or one-third of a cheap toothpaste, so the effective price difference is not as drastic. More importantly, I actually like this toothpaste, so I am getting what I pay for. My only complaint is that there doesn't seem to be a travel size in the strawberry flavor. The travel sizes seem to be mint only for now. Hopefully that changes in the future. Regardless, 5 stars.

Love this toothpaste. It is super expensive though. Makes my mouth feel clean. Love the taste. I absolutely hate mint so finding a fruit toothpaste is a big plus for me. I reordered.

Great toothpaste and formula. It's very hard to find a toothpaste on Amazon with hydroxyapatite, and this version with fluoride in it. I wish I found this toothpaste sooner, before I needed 7 crowns and root canals and decided it was time to look for a better toothpaste. It's great stuff, and the taste left in the mouth is not overwhelming. I just wish it was cheaper.

I spent a long time trying to find a toothpaste that actually listed its active ingredients in meaningful amounts. Most brands either use vague wording or never disclose their percentages at all. Dr. Jen’s was the only one I found that clearly states both: the full 0.22% sodium fluoride (about 1000 ppm, which is the standard effective level) and a verified 10% nano‑hydroxyapatite. A lot of companies claimed ‘10%’ without providing any data, but this one actually publishes the numbers. That transparency is ultimately why I chose it. The flavor isn’t really heavy strawberry, in fact I’d just say it’s sweet. What mattered to me is that it wasn’t mint. I also like that it has xylitol. I’m looking at the prompts to figure out what else to say. IMO: Whiteness: No different than regular toothpaste, texture: about the same as regular toothpaste toothpaste, sensitivity: did not affect my sometimes sensitive teeth, seal: I like the cap that doesn’t unscrew and get lost. Value for money? That’s tough- it’s EXPENSIVE! I’m ordering again because I like the nano-hydroxyappetite but it’s definitely a stretch. It’s the ONLY reason I took a star off.
