To start the packaging was worst, cant believe the torn box at the bottom where pillow inside the cover was clearly hanging down. Would have declined the delivery if i was available. As soon as i open i can see some hair follicles on the cover and it smelled nauseous. I feel the pillow is a hollow thing on the top and bottom i can feel the cushioning inside get separated. Tried it for a night and day time nap. Not worth the money nor the comfort. Im not sure what i like about the pillow but i have put mixed review. Dont trust me try it out. ALSO DONT FALL FOR THE 7YEAR WARRANTY. its a deprecation warranty over the 7 year. Only the first year covers the entire pillow and its price from second year it get reduced by X% that they didnt mentioned they simply put value of the pillow. The formula for warranty is as Value of Pillow * No of years used / total warranty period. The pillow is MID QUALITY at its best

Very comfortable pillow my first preference, cost effective , give neck support, medium softness, seven year guarantee,snag free good sleep.

Good but stain easily and not washable
In most parts of india, perspiration is a fact of life. When you put your head down on these pillows, it’s likely that sweat from your hair will transfer to the pillowcase - and then to the pillow. After a few months, the pillows are horribly stained. And there’s nothing you can do! Embarrassing if you have guests, practically have to buy a new set just for them. Plus after a couple of years, they lose their shape and become lumpy. They are too expensive to be so short-lived. This year, I have decided to put an additional pillow cover, an added expense. If there was a good washable alternative, I would switch brands.

I have purchased it for Rs.2548. It’s very costly as compared to quality. It is not value for money.
