After just one day at work, this headset has made a world of difference! I have been on the phone with a lot of noise going on in the background, and the person on the other end thought I was all alone in the office due to how quiet it was! It's comfortable; the sound quality is great; effortless to disconnect and reconnect the headset. It is also great for going back and forth between my work phone and cell phone to listen to music while working. I highly recommend this headset. Used with Cisco Systems 7960 IP Phone.

Although this headset is pricier than some comparable models, I feel the extra cost was well worth it. This headset works great, crystal clear sound and fits well. This product was great and I was really pleased using it to work from home. Unfortunately after less than 2 weeks the outbound sound stopped working and nobody can hear me. Complete waste of money. Now I’m waiting for my company to send me one because at least I do t have to pay for those. I had hoped to upgrade to something better, and it was, until it stopped working.

I have not had an occasion to extensively use them but they are comfortable and the sound seems good. It would be nice to have an adapter to plug into the microphone and earpiece plugs on the computer though. One is shown in the little info sheet.

This headset is a well made product that exceeds the provided description for quality and function. I accidentally ordered the wrong headset bundle for my phone. I contacted Sunny at MAIRDI customer service and he immediately rush shipped me a new headset. Communications and customer service with this company were fast and excellent. The headset is light weight with good sound quality - both from the earphone and mic. I couldn't be happier with this product.

This is a great headset! Good sound quality and comfortable to use. Bought this few weeks ago and has been very helpful for my telephone appointments. Bought it and arrived within 24 hours. Worth it to buy for office use. It serves it’s purpose.

Bought this to use with a landline phone answering machine without a headphone port. It didn't work even with the adapters. The person on the other end said I sound like I'm a million miles away. Instead use it with the iPhone for my 96 year old father with total hearing loss in one ear. It has totally connected him back with his family. He can now enjoy FaceTime chats with his children in California. Calls that he'd want to beoff of in minutes now last an hour because he can hear with ease and has comfort to wear this. We love it.

I got this product to my team in the office, not bad , but the sound is not clear enough

I bought 30 units to be used with AASTRA desk phones (Centrex - very old office solution) and I received complaints regarding the sound volume, even after replaced some phone sets and communication wires and jacks.
