It's a show
I really enjoy how it displays in the bookcase (yes I put on my bookcase). The only thing is that it's very light. I thought it would be a bit sturdy. At any rate, it looks great.

Tea set for a child not adult
This tea set was a cheaply made tea set! I am so disappointed! It is something to give a child for a tea set not an adult! Thin almost plastic like. The silver brass shown through in spots on the tray! I can’t believe I paid so much for it, thinking it was so fancy and pretty in the picture. I am a Tea Mistress and this set though colorful, is more for a toy like for a child, not adult.
