I ordered this to take along with vitamin D3, I haven’t taken K2 before and they just didn’t agree with me, hence the 4 stars. I was getting heart palpitations and had to stop them. This was a personal experience with me, we are all different. The product was packaged well and of good quality and most people don’t have an issue with K2.
