After washing it, I did do a light seasoning and it was perfect. Nothing stuck while making taco meat. The only thing I noticed it did because of that fairly high heat I used was it has a bit of a rainbow look to it as seen in the picture. Other than that I love that it is rivetless so no food gets stuck behind them over time. Overall great pan!

I tried making chicken fried rice in this wok and I was surprised to see that I had quite a bit of rice sticking to the bottom of it. Everything else about this wok is fantastic. You do need to assemble the wok upon delivery (attaching a handle to the wok itself and to the lid. Make sure you do not attach the handle above the lid vent or you could burn yourself.

I've used this pan about 20 times now. It has been very good so far. You absolutely need to season the pan! If you don't season the pan you will regret it. Also it's best to clean the pan while still warm, this makes it a lot easier to maintain. Just a quick wipe with a dry paper towel when the pan is warm. Then after you eat you can wipe down again with a damp towel. Stir Fry dishes are great out of this pan.

This wok is easy to season and a great addition to any kitchen. It would be a good starter for anyone that is trying to add a wok into their kitchen however, it does need to be seasoned and reading the information in closed is very important. We have used it several times already and it preforms perfectly for us!

My wife spent the first 63 years of her life in Beijing. I share this to be clear her standards are genuine, China-based. She loves this Wok, especially the stand-on-its-side-top! She used it for everything, except rice (which she cooks in a pressure cooker) She even fries croissants in it (I prefer a toaster, but the edges burn easily). Great Purchase. Happy Wife.........

This is my first time using honeycomb structured stainless steel pan. This pan is very light weight and not a solid piece as you see other stainless steel products. These pan are coated with a very thin layer of teflon which they never tell you about. Very thin gauge of steel plate used which does not worth the price they are demanding. Piece of trash if you are looking for a quality stable and tough product.

It heat up pretty fast, but still not ideal for induction cooking surface, the high temp won’t hold in the wok thus ingredients still sticks to the bottom especially meat
