Need extra cooking bowl for 1.8 litre, where can it be ordered?
So far going fine after using sparely for few weeks. Have to check for few months to see it's performance. So far so good. By the way I didn't get the steamer, though it's shown in the picture, it's missing in the package. Now is put aside as it didn't have 2nd bowl. Updating after a year of usage. Got 2nd bowl on Flipkart. This steel cooker is great, just wished it offered optional 2nd bowl.

Excellent product, Excellent customer support with effective communication and response.
I had some technical issues with their 2.8 ltr version and reached out to customer support and the timely response and resolution I received was refreshing. We don't see such response even from so called other bigger brands. Really appreciate and hence bought myself 1.8 ltr version and also gifted another one to my sister.

Defective product
I received a Divya electric rice cooker which is giving electric shock when touched. This is a serious electrical safety hazard. I already tested in multiple plug points. I need immediate replacement or refund. If not resolved, I will escalate to consumer forum.

Product is good but body was dented
I was looking for a steel electric cooker for a long time... It was the only one i could find... So I ordered it inspite of reading comments about dented body.... And even I got one with a dent... It's working fine and I need it urgently so not returning but am disappointed that it's a bit damaged. I've attached a pic for reference. The only reason I am going for it is it's steel inside vessel...
