Fantastic. Real classic.

Elegant, subtle beauty outside and the automatic Japanese movement within combine to present a superb value for the owner. I have a German watch with an automatic Swiss movement for which I paid more than 2x what I paid for this yet the Orient watch is a superior timekeeper. The Orient never loses a minute. In fact, when I finish this review I'm going to browse the rest of the collection and see if I can't prevent myself from buying another Orient watch.

I love this watch, had it for a week now and have worn it daily to work. It has not notably gained any time in that time, perhaps 1 second a day. The Orient logo is delightfully smaller than it seems in the stock photography. Very tasteful. The materials are notably more valuable and durable than my previous stauers and the Japanese movement is beautiful. The stauers are Chinese and required daily winding despite wearing them. Not this piece, it is flawless for the sun-$200 range and has 40 hour backup if you wear another watch and don’t want to rewind. I hope to start a collection of 3-4 of these.

I bought this watch as a birthday gift for my husband. I haven't given it to him yet, but he really likes Orient watches and I think he'll love this one. The watch is beautiful, very elegant. It looks a little larger than the other Orient watches he has, but that won't be an issue since he has more than a few Invicta grand divers. One issue I have is that while the hour and minute hand line up at 12:00, the seconds hand is about 10 seconds off. Not sure if this will be a deal breaker or not yet. The other issue I have is that even though the watch box is in perfect condition, there's no plastic covering on the watch face or clasp. The watch appears to be in mint condition, so if it was a return it was well cared for. Could easily just be a quality control issue. In conclusion and with those minor issues aside, it's a classy and elegant looking time piece.

In-house automatic movement, beautiful dial and old-school but sleek case with a Milanese band. Orient Bambinos are a bargain, and this particular model strikes a good balance between vintage and modern as well as dressy and casual.The band is super comfortable for those warm summer days and I’ll probably pick up a leather band for the winter months.
